- All products in this listing are made using FDM 3D printing technology. Please note that in terms of strength, precision, and surface finish, they cannot be compared to injection-molded items. We recommend understanding the basic differences between these processes before purchase and adjusting expectations accordingly.
- We use only high-quality PLA filament from reputable brands. Please feel confident in your purchase.
- To ensure product longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as it may accelerate material aging. Do not place the product near high heat sources or in high-temperature environments to prevent deformation.
- Due to the nature of FDM printing, slight layer lines, stringing, seam marks, support removal traces, or sagging in overhang areas may appear on the surface. These are normal characteristics of the process. While we take extra care to minimize their visibility on exposed surfaces, they cannot be completely avoided.

However, due to differences in display screens, filament batches, and environmental factors (e.g., temperature and humidity during printing), slight color variations may occur. If you are sensitive to any form of color deviation, we kindly advise you not to place an order.
Returns Policy
◆Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@bdesktop.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. Bdesktop Design Shop will cover all costs associated with a defective product. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receiving the product, we are sorry to can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
◆General Returns: Bdesktop Design Shop accepts returns for most products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer should to pay return shipping for the item(s).
